Once you arrive you will need to hand over your accommodation ticket at the Pink Moon Camping event box office where you will be checked in. All members of your party must
go to the box office personally. Please be aware that we expect a high volume of arrivals early on and as such there may be queues. We will endeavour to keep these to a minimum.
If you have purchased a readymade structure (Tipi, Yurt, Podpad, Readymade tent or Gypsy caravan) then you will be directed to check in to our camp site.
These can only be accessed during the times that the box office is open so PLEASE ensure that you arrive within these times or you won't be able to access your accommodation.

No professional cameras (this is deemed with to be an SLR with a detachable lens)
Animals - no pets please
Excessive quantities of Alcohol
Drugs - the event operates a strict no drugs policy, you may be searched on entry and anyone seen to be in possession of drugs risks being ejected from the site and reported to the police.
Essentials
Ticket - you really need that!
Bring some warm clothing for the night as it can get cold and ruin the "sitting outside the tent putting the world to rights" moments.
Waterproofs and wellies are a must.
Medication - please remember to bring an adequate supply with you and a doctor's note. If you need assistance or storage, welfare and the medical tent will be able to help you.
Facilities
We have endeavoured to provide hot showers and toilets fit for our guests. Please remember that showers are busiest in the morning so try popping back in the afternoon.
Our facilities include a pamper parlour . There will be mirrors, hair dryers and straighteners for our customers to use.
Bar & restaurant is subject to certain festivals.
Phone charging is also available to all Pink moon guests. It's a free service but is subject to availability. Sorry, not available at Hove.
